Simple question – not so simple answer. Ruby Walsh had a great Festival in 2009. Richard Dunwoody proved he’s better on horses than on the dancefloor. Is Tony McCoy really the best of all time or do we need to look further back in time for the true Cheltenham great?

Cheltenham Champions poll – free bets to be won

Best Mate, Kauto Star, Arkle, Golden Miller and, the nation’s favourite, Desert Orchid were all worthy winners of the Cheltenham Festival’s showpiece race, The Cheltenham Gold Cup, but which of these is your champion of champions.

We’re trying to find out who you think are the best of the best and, to thank you for your time, we’re giving away £100.00 in free bets. Every account holder that enters will be entered into the draw to win one of four £25 free bets on the Cheltenham Festival so give us your opinion.

We’ve listed previous winners of each of the four big Cheltenham Festival races, the Champions Hurdle, the Queen Mother Champion Chase, the World Hurdle (or Stayers’ if you’re old fashioned) and, of course, the Cheltenham Gold Cup. Simply pick your champions.

The 2010 Cheltenham Festival takes place over four days from 16th March and William Hill have ante-post betting available on all the big races.
